Matt leads Build Brand Grow from Chattanooga with an artist’s eye and a practical understanding of what local businesses need. His experience in art and graphic design shapes the way the team turns a business owner’s ideas into a clear, memorable visual identity.
He brings the brand, message, and marketing pieces together so the finished work feels authentic to the business and useful to its customers.
Web & Development Specialist
Noah builds the technical foundation behind Build Brand Grow websites. While studying computer science at Lee University, he brings a thoughtful problem-solving approach to responsive design, performance, forms, integrations, and launch testing.
His focus is making every website reliable, easy to use, and ready to support the business behind it.
Customer Service Manager
Chrissy keeps the client experience organized, responsive, and personal from the first conversation through ongoing support. Her dedication to customer service shows in careful listening, thoughtful follow-up, and making sure clients understand what is happening and what comes next.
She helps turn Build Brand Grow’s communication-first promise into the everyday experience clients receive.
Director of Sales & Growth
Dan brings customer-service and sales experience across a range of client situations. He listens for the real business need, helps owners understand the available options, and keeps recommendations grounded in the result the client is trying to create.
His dedication to responsive service and clear expectations guides every conversation from first contact through handoff.
